Like the name suggests, the farm is surrounded by natural spring water that contributes to the soil quality and the overall quality of the coffee. Their Caturra-Catuai varietal blend is their signature, dried in raised beds in its fruit, giving it a silky body with rich cherry and sweet maple notes.
