General Shipping Questions
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more! Otherwise, rates will vary depending on your order and shipping methods (standard or economy). Please see your checkout page for a listing of available shipping options and rates.
When will my order ship?
Online orders usually ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, holidays excluded. Orders need to be in by 1pm the prior day to be included in the next shipment date.
How can I modify my order after I've submitted it?

What is your return/refund policy?

What shipping carrier(s) do you use?
We ship online orders via USPS Ground.
Do you ship internationally?
We're sorry but at this time we can only ship within the continental US.
How can I redeem a discount code or gift card for my order?
Discount codes can be input on the checkout page (the input box is right above the subtotal on the right hand side of the page). You can select gift card payment under payment method on the checkout page and you will be prompted to enter your gift card number.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Can you grind my coffee?
Yes! Simply select the method you use to brew your coffee and we'll grind it for you before sealing and shipping it to your door.
Subscription Questions
When do subscriptions ship?
Your first bag(s) of coffee will be sent out within a week of your order, and subsequent bags will ship based on the frequency you select when signing up. You can adjust this frequency from your subscription management page here.
What kind of subscriptions do you offer?
We offer three types of subscriptions:
- 1-4 bag pay-as-you-go Roasters' Choice subscriptions which ship weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your preferred frequency.
- Pre-paid (gift) subscriptions of the same Roaster's Choice subscriptions. Perfect for sharing your love of coffee and with even greater discounts built in!
- Recurring shipments: set up regular deliveries of any of our blends or decaf coffee, available in both retail and 5lb bag sizes. You can do this right in the individual product page as purchase options right above the "add to cart" button.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through our website under the Subscriptions navigation tab, or visit the login page directly here.
