Finca El Diviso is owned by the famed Lasso family. You'll see names like Nestor, Wilder, and Jose attached to this farm and its experimental lots. They are currently having their moment in the coffee spotlight, growing varietals like Geisha, Sidra, Tabi, and Sudan Rume and experimenting with guided fermentations using yeasts. This coffee is a natural process Sidra variety, which definitely shows in its high fruit intensity and acidic punch. It has an intense strawberry flavor, with notes of sweet alcohol, like rum or cherry cordial. It's heavy body and syrupy notes make it incredibly rich.
