So nice we got it twice! We've been eagerly awaiting the release of this honey process from Ethiopia. This coffee comes from Daye Bensa, high up in the mountains of Sidama, Ethiopia, from over 800 small farms. The care and attention put into this coffee is immediately apparent when you open a bag. This year we experienced a soft and subtle stone fruit tartness combined with the sweetness of raisin and a cocoa-like finish. It has a light and delicate body, making this Ethiopian coffee a wonderful crowd pleaser!
