Café Manager

Maggie has been cultivating knowledge and managing in hospitality for over fifteen years. Although her barista days began in high school, her career took off in Boston, where she quickly found herself managing day-to-day operations in craft coffee.

Over time, her love of cooking merged with her passion for coffee, igniting her work as a hospitality consultant. She has opened and operated full concepts in coffee, as well as other specialty food and beverage programs, both in San Antonio and Greater Boston. She joined Broadsheet in the Fall of 2022. Her hobbies include beekeeping, fly fishing, photography, and discussing impermanence.
