1. Determine your desired batch size. Fill the tank of your brewer with filtered room temperature water to match your batch. (ie 1 liter)
2. Grind measured coffee (ie 60.5 grams) on a medium or medium-coarse setting (like sea salt)
3. Insert a filter in the brew basket, add the ground coffee and gently shake to level the bed of coffee. Place the basket back in the brewer.
4. Ensure the carafe is in place below the dripper and that the lid is properly positioned according to manufacturer instructions.
5. Press start.
