- Scale
- Timer (with a stopwatch function)
- Weigh out 15g of your favorite Broadsheet coffee and grind on medium fine (slightly finer than pour-over)
- Place a filter (paper, metal or one of each depending on your desired mouth feel) into the cap and screw onto the brewing chamber.
- Set brewing chamber and vessel (mug or server) on scale, zero scale, dump grounds into chamber and confirm there are 15g. Tare again
- Start timer and In one pouring motion, pour 225 of water into the brewing chamber.
- Use Aeropress paddle or spoon to stir for 5 seconds.
- Carefully place plunger into chamber, and pull up. Do this step carefully and gently! The goal is to keep the coffee from dripping out the bottom
- At 1:30 remove Aeropress and vessel from the scale
- Slowly press down. This should take about 30 seconds.
