Nicaragua: La Bastilla

This coffee combines two rare opportunities for us: yeast fermentation and coffee from Nicaragua! Finca la Bastilla is based out of Jinotega, Nicaragua. We tried six different coffees from this farm, all delicious and all processed beautifully. The farm also owns its own mill, ensuring total control over the handling of the coffee, and that care and control really shows through with this coffee. It isn't often that we get a coffee that so completely reminds us of juicy watermelon! We hope you enjoy the delightfully complex flavors of this coffee as much as we do.
