We're so excited to announce our first yeast fermentation coffee! This coffee packs an exciting punch of tropical fruits and sparkling grape. Reinel Borbon expertly guides the fermentation of this coffee with a custom yeast substrate which sits with the coffee in its parchment for 80 hours. This special yeast controls the fermentation process and leads to the effervescent champagne notes we tasted from the first cup. We couldn't wait to show it to you, and roasted up the first batch as soon as we could!
