It's finally here! We've been eagerly awaiting the release of this honey process from Ethiopia. This coffee comes from Daye Bensa, high up in the mountains of Sidama, Ethiopia, from over 800 small farms. The care and attention put into this coffee is immediately apparent when you open a bag. The fragrance of lemongrass and peach is bright and strong.  Raspberry acidity and peach sweetness round out each cup. This light-bodied coffee is perfect for slow sips during the coming fall mornings.
