A new limited release is here! We have a very small quantity of this special coffee from Colombia's Peñas Blancas coffee mill. This center was developed by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara, superstars in experimental processing and farm management methods. It hosts workshops and training programs by industry leaders for members of the community who rely on coffee for their livelihoods. This lot is the result of hard work of those community members and the efforts Lasso and Vergara have made to improve access in the region.
This lot features a single Java varietal with natural processing. Java has a high disease tolerance with a potential for juicy berry notes and aromatic florals. We love its bright sweetness that makes us think of fancy raspberry jams and herbaceous tarragon.
