This coffee from the Cooperativa del Sur del Cauca (CoSurCa) is a chocolate-lovers delight! COSURCA is comprised of 11 communities across Cauca. Their primary focus is supporting agriculture in the region, particularly coffee growers. They regularly hold workshops for co-op members, assist in certifications for farms, and help growers establish other lines of income to supplement their coffee crop.
This coffee is full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and intense milk chocolate notes. It makes a wonderful drip coffee or iced coffee, and its flavor pairs well with a splash of milk if desired.
